Thank you for showing interest in Access to Amherst! Please review this application in advance and have the necessary information ready before you begin, as you CANNOT save and return to this form and you should only submit it once. Application Requirements
To be eligible for the program, you must submit:

copy of your transcript through the end of your junior year (an unofficial copy will be accepted)
short essay response (350 word maximum)
list of confirmed or intended senior classes

Recommended additional documents:

academic writing sample (with comments from a teacher or evaluator, if possible)
school profile

We realize that it may take time for you to gather these materials, so you may either submit these documents through the final section of this form or choose to upload them at a later time.
