Please review this application in advance and have the necessary information on hand before you begin, including standardized test scores (ACT, SAT, PSAT, or Pre-ACT), as you cannot save and return to this form. This online application form requires an essay (350-word maximum). It is best to write your essay in another program, then copy and paste it into the essay section below. [Please note that, should you eventually decide to apply for admission to Amherst College, you will have the option of using this DIVOH application essay in satisfaction of Amherst's Writing Supplement requirement for your admission application to Amherst.]

In addition to submitting this online application form, you must also upload a scanned copy of your high school transcript (through your junior year) and a list of your senior classes. We realize that it may take time for you to gather these materials, so you may either submit these documents through the final section of this form or choose to upload them at a later time. Please read the Application and Selection Processes section of our DIVOH FAQ page if you have any questions about these documents. After submitting this online application form, you will establish a username and password for an online student portal, through which you may upload your transcript and a list of your senior classes if you did not do so through this form. You may upload a school profile, but it is not required.

If you cannot obtain your high school transcript through the end of junior year, you may upload your transcript and a copy of your final junior year report card.

All application materials (online application form, transcript, and a list of senior classes) must be received by 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, August 12, 2019.
